Cowboy at Heart – My Creative Sketches/Webster’s Pages

The third and final challenge of the sketch contest at My Creative Sketches is coming to a close. Today is the last day to enter, so I decided to combine the Webster’s Pages manu challenge with it (WP’s challenge is to use their Western Romance Collection and pins on your paper project). Keeping it simple, here’s what I came up with:

Materials:

Webster’s Page Western Romance pp
WP Western Romance Dazzle Me Gems
WP Western Romance Journaling Card
WP Storyteller Alphas
WP Western Romance Princess Petal
WP All About Me Push Pins

Adhesives:

Helmar Quick Fix Adhesive Runner
Helmar Premium Craft Glue
Helmar 450 Quick Dry

The fab MCS Sketch:

Howdy Cowboy card – The Paper Variety sketch challenge entry

The Paper Variety has a great card sketch for this week’s challenge. This first card is my entry:

But while I was at it, I figured I might as well make a second card since I already had the trim and materials out. Here’s the one I made just for fun:

As you can see, I just used a mirror image of the sketch for the coordinating second card. 😀 TFL!

Materials:

DCWV All About Boys 6.5″ x 4.5″ stack
American Crafts cream cardstock base
Making Memories trim

Adhesives:

Glue Arts Glue Glider Pro PermaTac
Helmar 450 Quick Dry Liquid
American Crafts This to That foam dots
